This annotation marks tests that for some reason are taking more time to execute than our usual tests. Ideally we should strive to keep our tests as small and fast as possible but in some cases this is easier said than done. One example would be a test that requires entire plugin system restart to work properly. Tests marked with this annotation will be failed by FailSlowTestsListener after higher timeout than other tests. Also those tests will be executed before other tests so that they will have lower chance to influence time span of single hallelujah batch.
