An implementation of Hibernate's CacheProvider interface that delegates to an Atlassian VCacheFactory, using JvmCache implementations.

This is based upon Hibernate's own EhCacheProvider implementation, which itself goes direct to the EhCache API. The trivial timestamp and locking method implementations come from that.
