public class TargetUserCanUseConfluenceCondition
extends BaseConfluenceCondition

Returns true if the target user has the "can use confluence" permission.

Note that this operates on the *target* user, not the one in the current thread. To check that the current user can use Confluence, use the RemoteUserCanUseConfluenceCondition class.
