Parameters:

marshallersByClassSimpleName - a Map where the keys are the simple names (Class.getSimpleName()) of ResourceIdentifier and the values are the Marshaller suitable for handling that type of resource identifier.

resourceIdentifierContextUtility - a utility capable of converting relative ResourceIdentifiers to being absolute.
